What is the intent of the Sixpence Childcare Conference?
The conference aims to equip participants with practical tools, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections that strengthen the quality of care they provide. It aims to reenergize and affirm the vital impact of childcare professionals, offer strategies for whole-child development, and create a supportive space for honest dialogue and collaboration. Through engaging sessions and networking opportunities, the conference celebrates the dedication of the Sixpence childcare community while fostering a shared vision for high-quality, impactful care.

Who should attend the conference?
The Conference is for Sixpence Child Care Partnership Coaches, Program Coordinators, and their Childcare Partner Programs and Center-based teachers and support staff.

When is the Conference?
The Conference is on May 31, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more specific information, please see the Conference schedule.

Does it cost to attend?
There is no fee for the Conference and lunch is provided free.

Will I receive training hours?
Yes! You will receive five training hours for attending the keynote and four breakout sessions.

To order your t-shirt, click on this question. You will need to pick a color (7 colors available) and size (sizes range from small to 5XL). You must also provide a first and last name, phone number, and email address.

What do the t-shirts cost?
Each attendee who completes the t-shirt order form will receive one t-shirt for free.

Can I order additional t-shirts?
To purchase extra t-shirts beyond the free one provided, after the conference, the store will reopen with additional options for all Sixpence programs to purchase. The link to buy extra shirts will be provided on this website.

How will I receive my t-shirt?
T-shirts will be distributed upon check in the day of the conference. You will still need to provide your details on the registration website for our tracking purposes.

Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes! Coffee and a light breakfast will be available from 8 a.m.-9 a.m. Snacks and water will be available throughout the day, and lunch will be buffet-style. There is a pop machine on site.

How do I receive my headshots?
The photographer will be onsite from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. There will not be scheduled times; rather, come and go as your time allows. The photographer will take your contact information and email you your free headshot after the event. You will have an opportunity to purchase other photos if you like.
